Minot Area Community Land Trust is a 501(c)3 charitable organization committed to providing housing opportunities for households earning under 80% area median income in Ward County. For this reason, we are unable to accept tenancy from households earning over 80% AMI by household size.

General Qualifications:
- MACLT will review Credit and Criminal History prior to approving tenancy. In order to apply, you will need to give MACLT permission to run these background checks.
- MACLT is committed to providing housing opportunities that are affordable. Households earning under $30,000 annually will not be approved for this unit without documentation of available assistance through a housing choice voucher, ND Rent Help, or other long-term assistance.
- Security Deposit for the unit will be $500. Deposits will not be accepted until household has been approved for tenancy.
- For those who plan to have pets in the household, Pet Deposit is $250 per Pet. Additional documentation will also be required.
- Important Note regarding Mail: MACLT is currently working to initiate mail service at this property. The unit has been priced below market rate because we cannot guarantee when mail service will begin (the process has been slower than anticipated). Please note that you may need to utilize a P.O. Box to receive physical mail/deliveries.
- MACLT will review applications in the order they are received.
- Applicants will be contacted to view unit after initial screening of application information.
- Households able to begin lease on/before November 1 will be given priority over those who need to start lease later.
